- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place peeled and cubed potatoes into the slow cooker.
- Pour melted butter and heavy cream over the potatoes.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cover with a lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Switch the slow cooker to the warm setting.
- Gently stir in shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
