A creamy, cheesy twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu. Layers of tender chicken, savory ham, and Swiss cheese topped with golden breadcrumbs.

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz deli ham, sliced or cubed
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch uniform cubes.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper; simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Place chicken cubes in the bottom of the baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them.
- Layer ham slices over the chicken and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Combine breadcrumbs with remaining melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F.
