- 2 large English cucumbers
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and salt them in a colander for 15 minutes; drain well.
- Fry turkey bacon until crisp, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Stir in the chopped fresh dill and diced red onion.
- Fold the drained cucumbers and cooled turkey bacon into the dressing.
- Season with black pepper and serve chilled.
