Description
A traditional, creamy Mexican rice drink infused with aromatic cinnamon and sweetened with condensed milk for a velvety finish.
Ingredients

- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak rice and cinnamon stick in water for at least 8 hours.
- Blend the soaked mixture until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Stir in condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Add ground cinnamon and mix well.
- Chill and serve over ice.
