- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and pat dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the chicken generously with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling.
- Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165F). Remove and let rest.
- Lower heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in ranch dressing and heavy cream, simmering for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the meat, and garnish with fresh parsley.
