- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Sauté cubed chicken in olive oil until browned; stir in garlic powder.
- Melt cream cheese and heavy cream over medium heat until smooth.
- Fold in fresh spinach until wilted.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
