- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 oz diced green chilies, drained
Instructions
- Melt cream cheese and heavy cream together in a pot over low heat.
- Whisk in cumin and smoked paprika until combined.
- Gradually stir in grated cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cooked chicken.
- Stir in diced green chilies.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
