- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic, then stir in heavy cream.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Add meatballs to sauce and toss to coat.
