A luxurious blend of flaky salmon and creamy spinach stuffed inside tender jumbo pasta shells and baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 12–15 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 5 oz fresh baby spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil jumbo shells in salted water until just under al dente, then drain.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, cooked spinach, and flaked salmon.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the filling generously into each cooked pasta shell.
- Place shells in a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375F for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
