- 2 Granny Smith apples, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chiffonade

Instructions
- Cube chilled watermelon into 1-inch pieces and place in a glass bowl.
- Dice apples into uniform pieces and add to the bowl.
- Whisk lime juice, honey, and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the fruit and toss gently with a spatula.
- Fold in the sliced mint leaves.
- Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
