- 1 lb Salmon fillet, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil (avocado or grapeseed)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk cornstarch and flour in a bowl; toss salmon cubes until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry salmon for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lemon juice.
- Reduce heat to low, add salmon to the sauce, and toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
