A savory and crisp take on leftover pasta, pan-fried with garlic and butter until golden brown.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not brown.
  3. Add cooled spaghetti to the skillet and spread it in an even layer.
  4. Let the pasta fry undisturbed for 3-5 minutes until a golden crust forms on the bottom.
  5. Toss and stir the noodles, frying for another 3-5 minutes until edges are crisp.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, stirring to distribute.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
