- 1.5 lbs salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat salmon cubes completely dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add salmon in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Lower heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the center of the pan; sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, simmering for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
- Toss the salmon bites in the glaze to coat evenly and remove from heat immediately.
