Description

Bite-sized golden wonton shells filled with a savory, minced shrimp mixture. A perfect balance of crunch and succulent seafood flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini-muffin tin.
  2. Pulse shrimp in a food processor until finely minced.
  3. Combine minced shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  4. Press one wonton wrapper into each mini-muffin slot.
  5. Fill each wrapper with about 1 tablespoon of the shrimp mixture, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from the tin.
