Bite-sized golden wonton shells filled with a savory, minced shrimp mixture. A perfect balance of crunch and succulent seafood flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini-muffin tin.
- Pulse shrimp in a food processor until finely minced.
- Combine minced shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each mini-muffin slot.
- Fill each wrapper with about 1 tablespoon of the shrimp mixture, pressing down gently.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from the tin.
