- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Sliced jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in crockpot, add taco seasoning and salsa.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken using two forks directly in the pot.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with shredded chicken and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños.
