- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk eggs and brown sugar until pale and frothy.
- Stir in grated zucchini and vanilla extract.
- Sift and stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
