- 3/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup or allulose syrup

- 1 sugar-free 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast pecans on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
- Whisk together melted butter and sugar-free syrup in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing slowly to avoid incorporating excess air.
- Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
- Place toasted pecans into the bottom of the unbaked sugar-free pie crust.
- Pour the liquid filling evenly over the pecans.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
- Remove from oven and cool completely for at least 2 hours before slicing.
