Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the rack in the center.
- Press your sugar-free pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, ensuring the edges are firm.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, then stir in the sugar-free syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the salt to the liquid mixture and stir well to combine.
- Pour the pecan halves into the pie crust and arrange them in an even layer.
- Pour the egg and syrup mixture over the pecans, ensuring all nuts are coated.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing.
