- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 brioche buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Switch the slow cooker to warm and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto toasted buns and add desired toppings.
