- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the crushed pineapple and cherry pie filling into a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Spread the fruits evenly but do not stir them together completely.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the top of the fruit layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
