- 1 cup packed light brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss apple slices in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and the ground cinnamon.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon the caramel mixture evenly over each apple slice.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the caramel is bubbling and deep golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes to allow the glaze to set before serving.
