Ingredients

  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil, sear fillets skin‑side down, flip after crust forms.
  3. Whisk lemon juice, zest, yogurt until smooth; set aside.
