- 16 oz Rotini pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 12 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain and rinse pasta with cold water.
- Whisk olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Toss cooled pasta with the garlic oil mixture.
- Gently fold in cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls.
- Top with torn basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
