- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup wonton strips
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions
- Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Combine shredded napa cabbage and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded cooked chicken to the vegetables.
- Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Top with toasted almonds and wonton strips just before serving.
