Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup wonton strips
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Combine shredded napa cabbage and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the shredded cooked chicken to the vegetables.
