- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup smoky BBQ sauce
- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- Slice beef against the grain into thin strips.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.
- Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sear beef on high heat until browned on all sides.
- Lower heat and stir in honey and BBQ sauce until glazed.
- Warm tortillas and fill with the glazed beef.
