- 1 large flatbread (Naan or thin crust)
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and place flatbread on a baking sheet, brushing edges with olive oil.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear shrimp for 60-90 seconds per side until pink.
- Lower heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, then remove shrimp and sauce from heat.
- Spread the garlic butter from the pan onto the flatbread, then top with mozzarella.
- Arrange seared shrimp on top of the cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a final squeeze of lemon before serving.
