Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed

  4. Stir in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Whisk together honey and a pinch of Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
  6. Place salmon fillets back on top of the cooked rice and pour honey glaze over the fish.
  7. Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes until salmon is fully cooked and glaze is sticky.
