Description
A tender salmon fillet seared to perfection and coated in a sticky honey-garlic glaze, finished with a rich lemon butter herb sauce.

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place fillets skin-side up in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the skin side.
- Push salmon to the sides of the pan and add butter to the center. Sauté minced garlic for 30-60 seconds.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice, simmering for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Spoon the glaze over the fillets and stir in fresh parsley and thyme.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
