- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Orange food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and line a 9×9 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Beat softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and lump-free.
- Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls; add orange food coloring to one bowl and stir until vibrant.
- Pour the plain batter over the crust, then dollop the orange batter on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the colors together in a marble pattern.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
