- 1 package filo dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/3 cup cranberry jam
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer 3 sheets of filo, brushing melted butter between each layer.
- Cut the layered filo into 2-inch squares.
- Place one cube of brie and a small dollop of cranberry jam in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling to create a small parcel and press edges to seal.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
