Description

A playful, pizza-inspired pasta bake featuring spaghetti topped with melted mozzarella and pepperoni, shaped like a monster for a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 15–20 slices of pepperoni
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and toss it directly into the skillet with the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, shaping it into a mound in the center.
  7. Cover the top of the pasta with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese to create a monster face.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
