Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (105-115F)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water and honey in the slow cooker; stir in yeast and let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Stir in salt and bread flour using a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Fold in softened butter until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set to 'Warm' for 60-90 minutes until dough doubles in size.
  5. Gently deflate dough and shape into 12 equal balls; place in a greased baking pan.
  6. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
