A vibrant fusion of savory soy and zesty orange, this salmon features a caramelized glaze and a tender, buttery interior.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
