Description
A light, fruity iced tea that pairs sweet peaches with bold black tea for a refreshing summer drink.

- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 teaspoon loose black tea
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- A handful of mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Sliced peaches for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches, reserving some for garnish.
- Add water, tea leaves to pot and bring to gentle boil.
- Steep tea for 3–5 minutes, stir once.
- Stir in sweetener while warm.
- Cool to room temperature and transfer to pitcher.
- Add lemon juice and fill with ice.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
