Description

A decadent fusion of smoky BBQ pulled pork and a creamy three-cheese macaroni blend, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
  • 3 cups cooked Pulled Pork
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni for 2 minutes less than package instructions; drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually stir in milk until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups of cheddar and smoked paprika.
  5. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta and pulled pork.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes until golden.
