A decadent fusion of smoky BBQ pulled pork and a creamy three-cheese macaroni blend, baked to golden perfection.

- 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 3 cups cooked Pulled Pork
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3 cups Whole Milk
- 4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil macaroni for 2 minutes less than package instructions; drain.
- Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in milk until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups of cheddar and smoked paprika.
- Mix the sauce with cooked pasta and pulled pork.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes until golden.
