Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a spatula until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips carefully to avoid overmixing the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
