- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and prepare a water bath.
- Crush cereal and mix with melted butter; press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and eggs one at a time.
- Pour batter over crust and bake in water bath for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool in oven with door cracked, then refrigerate for 6 hours.
