Description

Juicy oven-roasted meatballs finished with a decadent garlic herb butter glaze. A simple one-pan meal perfect for families.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, taking care not to overwork the meat.
  4. Roll the mixture into roughly 20-24 uniform meatballs and place them on the prepared sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. While the meatballs bake, stir the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dried oregano into the melted butter.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and drizzle the garlic herb butter evenly over each meatball.
  8. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to let the butter glaze caramelize.
