Description

Juicy oven-baked meatballs glazed with a rich blend of melted butter, fresh garlic, and parsley. A simple one-pan meal with gourmet flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix gently by hand until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared sheet pan, leaving space between each.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160F.
  5. While the meatballs bake, melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic and fresh parsley, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Remove meatballs from the oven and immediately pour the garlic herb butter over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
