A hearty, one-pot version of stuffed cabbage rolls. This slow cooker soup blends savory ground beef, tender cabbage, and tangy tomatoes for a comforting meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
- Transfer the beef mixture into the slow cooker.
- Add chopped cabbage, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the uncooked white rice during the last 45 minutes of cooking.
- Once the rice is tender, serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
