- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.
- Add beef, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes to the slow cooker.
- Pour in beef broth and stir.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in dry pasta and cook for another 30-45 minutes until tender.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
