Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat.
  2. Add beef, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in beef broth and stir.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir in dry pasta and cook for another 30-45 minutes until tender.
  6. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
