- 8–10 lb bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Score the fat of the ham in a diamond pattern using a sharp knife.
- Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves in a bowl.
- Brush the glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
- Place the ham in the slow cooker and top with pineapple slices.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Transfer ham to a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and browned.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
