  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Score the fat of the ham in a diamond pattern using a sharp knife.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves in a bowl.
  3. Brush the glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
  4. Place the ham in the slow cooker and top with pineapple slices.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Transfer ham to a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until the glaze is bubbly and browned.
