- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
- Place chicken thighs in the pot in a single layer.
- Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and coat thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken to a plate and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Optional: simmer the sauce on high for 30 more minutes for a thicker glaze.
