Instructions
- Grease a slow cooker insert with butter or non-stick spray.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Stir in eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the slow cooker.
- Spoon peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife.
