- 3 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub ribs with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, simmering until thickened.
- Transfer cooked ribs to a baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over them.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
