Description

Tender baby back ribs slow-cooked to perfection and finished with a rich, savory cream sauce infused with garlic and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Rub ribs with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, simmering until thickened.
  7. Transfer cooked ribs to a baking dish and pour the garlic sauce over them.
  8. Broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
