Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb shoulder, cubed
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Instructions
- Sear lamb cubes in a skillet until browned.
- Whisk soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place lamb in slow cooker.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the meat.
- Cook on Low for 7-8 hours.
- Skim fat and serve over rice.
