- 1 lb store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 15–20 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza stone with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (circle or rectangle) on the prepared pan.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, leaving gaps where you want to create spooky shapes.
- Arrange pepperoni slices to create eyes, mouths, or spider bodies. For spiders, cut a few pepperoni slices into thin strips for legs.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the top for added flavor.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
