Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, then drain the fat.
  2. Stir taco seasoning into the beef with a small amount of water and simmer until thickened.
  3. Spread refried beans evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
  4. Layer the cooked taco beef over the beans.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
  6. Smooth the guacamole over the cheese layer.
  7. Spread a thin, even layer of sour cream over the guacamole to create a white base.
  8. Pipe concentric circles of guacamole or seasoned sour cream starting from the outside moving inward.
  9. Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center to the edge to create the spiderweb effect.
