- 12 shortcake biscuits, cubed
Instructions
- Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Cube the shortcake biscuits into 1-inch pieces.
- Place a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of a glass bowl.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cake.
- Add a layer of macerated strawberries and syrup.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
