- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, bite-sized
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse 2 cups of jasmine rice and cook according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown chicken pieces until golden on all sides.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 4-6 minutes until thickened.
- Serve chicken over a bed of fluffy rice and garnish.
